Privacy Policy

How Pink Adrak collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated: June 2026.

1. Who we are

Pink Adrak Private Limited (“Pink Adrak”, “we”, “us”) operates pinkadrak.in and the Pink Adrak mobile applications. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you interact with us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact form on /for-you/ – your name, email, mobile, area of interest, and message.
  • Application form on /join-us/ – your name, email, phone, current location, monthly salary band, referrer, applied role, and city.
  • Email enquiries sent to hello@pinkadrak.in or hello@ripplewalk.com.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used for security and abuse prevention.
  • Google Analytics 4 cookies (anonymous usage statistics) – measurement ID G-DXZEN45REZ.
  • Functional cookies set by WordPress and LiteSpeed to keep the site running and performant.

3. How we use your information

  • Reply to your enquiries and assess applications for open roles.
  • Set up corporate, subscription, or partnership relationships you have asked us to scope.
  • Operate and improve the site, understand which content is most useful, and prevent abuse.
  • Comply with applicable Indian law.

4. Who we share it with

  • Ripplewalk – contact form submissions are forwarded to hello@ripplewalk.com (our strategic partner) so a real person responds within 1 business day.
  • Google LLC – the Join Us application is processed via Google Forms; we use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic measurement.
  • We do not sell personal data, share it with advertising networks, or transfer it to third parties for marketing.

5. Where it is stored

Site data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers. Application form responses are stored on Google’s servers under Google’s privacy policy. Analytics data is stored by Google. We retain data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by Indian law.

6. Cookies

Pink Adrak uses cookies for: (a) keeping the site running, (b) anonymous analytics via Google Analytics 4, and (c) caching for performance via LiteSpeed. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site functionality may not work as expected.

7. Your rights under the DPDP Act

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the basis for processing).
  • File a grievance with our team, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

9. Children

Pink Adrak does not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have, please email hello@pinkadrak.in and we will delete it.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified on the home page banner.
